Tarjan Place Parking Regulations

  • Residents, Owners, Tenants, Co-workers, and Employees are only permitted to park in their titled parking stalls in the parkade.
     

  • Roadways through the parkade must be kept clear at all times.
     

  • Only utility and trade vehicles, properly registered at the onsite concierge desk trade-in/out binder, are allowed to park in the parking areas at the rear of the building. Any other vehicles parked in this area are subject to ticketing and/or towing at the owner’s expense.
     

  • Visitor parking is for the exclusive use of visitors or clients for the commercial units. Owners, Tenants, Co-workers, or Employees who park their vehicles in visitor parking will have their visitor parking pass revoked.
     

  • All vehicles in visitor parking must display a valid Tarjan Place parking pass hanging from the rearview mirror or clearly visible on the dashboard area of the vehicle. Vehicles parked in visitor parking without a valid Tarjan Place parking pass will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
     

  • A valid Tarjan Place parking pass may be used in visitor parking a maximum of four (4) parking days per suite (per unit) within any calendar month – with a maximum of 48 hours consecutive parking. If these limits are exceeded the parking pass will be revoked. Any time that a vehicle is parked in visitor parking using a revoked Parking Pass will be charged $100 per time/day as Stall Rental, and the vehicle might also risk being ticketed/or towed at the owner's expense at any time.  To reinstate your pass the owner will have to apply, and if approved there will be a $500 charge for the reinstated pass.
     

  • The commercial unit must follow the same rules as noted above but only during their business hours. Any violations will result in the parking pass being revoked. 
     

  • Lost or damaged parking passes will be cancelled and a new pass will be issued to the unit owner at a cost of $50.00.
     

  • Any unit owner or resident requiring temporary additional parking space must place a written request with the Tarjan Place concierge, which then will go before the board for approval.
